What is your processing time?
Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! We ship out Monday-Friday .
Help! Why is my candle tunneling?
Short burn times are the main cause of tunneling. Your candles first burn is very important, its known as the memory burn. This memory burn should be at least three hours. The edges of the wax should fully pool before the candle is extinguished.
My candle arrived damaged, what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear your candle(s) didn't arrive in perfect condition! We will replace candles damaged during shipment as long as proof of damage is emailed to info@luminouswicks.co within 7 days of delivery.
What are your candles made of?
Our candle wax is made of 100% coconut apricot wax. This wax is clean burning and slow burning to ensure your candles last longer and hold fragrance very well. Our wooden wicks are eco-friendly and made from FSC certified wood. All of our fragrances are made up of natural essential oils and free of phthalates.
